Management Trainee
We have an exciting opportunity for a management trainee in domestic and import/export supply chain distribution networks. You will receive training in many facets of Transportation, Warehousing, and work alongside professionals toward becoming a future leader in the industry. IEDS Logistics manages over 1.1 million square feet of specialized distribution center space and employs over 160 associates. IEDS Transportation runs 19 local trucks, and 20+ yard trucks and is looking to grow.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Arts/Science Degree from an accredited university: Business Administration (accounting, economics, finance, management, marketing) or Engineering (all options) are preferred
• Desire to lead and manage
• Detail-oriented, positive attitude, and motivated to be the best you can be
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Computer skills, familiar with Microsoft Suite software. We will train you in our business software systems
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4:30pm
Pay Range:
$23.00 - $25.00/hour depending on experience

Warehouse Supervisor - Swing Shift

• Ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Supervising, coaching, and evaluating all direct reporting personnel.
• Scheduling, planning, and coordinating the shipping and receiving activities that ensure the timely delivery and receipt of good according to reasonable customer expectations.
• Ensuring maintenance records are complete and up to date.
• Planning and coordinating equipment maintenance and repairs.
• Purchasing supplies and materials
• Ensure all department managers receive the necessary information regarding shipping and receiving.
• Recommend changes in shipping and receiving policies and procedures to the Operations Manager.
• Evaluation and recommendation of material handling equipment needs for the department.
• Maintain department expenses within budget.
• Update shipping and receiving schedules on a daily basis.
Qualifications:
• Warehouse Management experience
• 2 years experience required
• Forklift Certification
• Valid Driver's License
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and reasoning skills

Receptionist / Traffic Coordinator

• Coordinate and schedule inbound and outbound truck traffic effectively
• Track and record daily metrics for inbound and outbound transactions to ensure accurate reporting
Qualifications:
• Minimum of two (2) years of office experience, demonstrating a strong administrative background
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively
• Proficiency in data entry and comfortable using various computer systems
• Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail, even in high-pressure situations
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel)
